Candle Care

Candles are objects with an increased fire hazard. We ask you to approach the process of lighting candles with special responsibility. Follow these simple rules:

  1. Before lighting the candle, completely remove all elements of the decorative packaging, as well as paper labels (if any)
  2. Do not leave lit candles unattended (especially if there are children and animals in the room) or near easily flammable objects (textiles, books, newspapers...)
  3. Before lighting a candle, place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface
  4. If you want to extinguish the candle, do not blow on it strongly to avoid splashing hot wax
  5. Do not move candles with melted wax to avoid burns
  6. The distance between two burning candles should be at least 15 cm
  7. Never pour hot wax into the sink to avoid clogging
  8. Do not leave candles in the sun or near heat sources, as they may melt
  9. Exclude active air currents around the burning candle (wind, drafts, air flow from a fan, etc.)
  10. The candle is not a toy, it is not edible.
  11. Before lighting the candle again, we recommend trimming the wick 1 cm from the surface of the wax

How do you recognize natural beeswax?

Blooming! Over time a light bloom appears on beeswax candles. This is a natural process that proves that the candles are made of natural beeswax. It gives the candles a noble appearance.

On candles made of artificially created materials, such as paraffin and stearic acid, no bloom is formed.

The natural light bloom does not affect anything: not the candle burning process, not the candle aroma, not the candle storage life.

If you want to remove the light bloom from the candle, it is enough to wipe the surface of the candle with a soft lint-free cloth or BURN IT and order another one.

One of a Kind

Candles are handmade, so they may have minor differences in shape, color and size.
